We are solving AI alignment
for the enterprise.
Lumina is an open-weight research initiative—inspired by a vision of human/robot ethics—building the deterministic policy enforcement layer for Large Language Models. Backed by SheenGreen technology, we are demonstrating how AI can be truly aligned with institutional values.
* The open-weights model is available for those who request it. We are actively seeking visionary capital, research sponsors, and developers to shape the future of verifiable AI.

Frontier models are powerful, but ungovernable.
The current paradigm of relying on "system prompts" and API black-boxes is failing the enterprise. Hospitals, universities, and governments cannot deploy AI if they cannot mathematically prove that the model will obey their internal ethics and compliance codes.
1. The Data Sovereignty Crisis
Sending sensitive institutional data to third-party cloud providers violates core security postures. Our research focuses on deploying highly optimized Small Language Models (SLMs) locally at the edge (Apple Silicon/MLX).
2. The Sycophancy Problem
Commercial AI is trained via RLHF to please the user, leading to dangerous "sycophancy" where AI agrees with unethical premises. Our research builds novel DPO datasets to train AI to prioritize truth and ethics over user appeasement.
3. The Hallucination Gap
Generative AI is inherently probabilistic. Compliance requires determinism. Our research develops an algorithmic verification layer that forces AI outputs into strict JSON schemas, cross-referenced against institutional policy databases.
Back the Infrastructure of Trust.
The EU AI Act, HIPAA, and corporate liability laws are creating a massive market for verifiable AI. We are looking for sponsors and developers to accelerate research and build the enterprise product.
Work on the most important
problem of our generation.
Whether you are a researcher looking to publish breakthrough alignment work, an engineer obsessed with local inference, or a developer wanting access to our open-weights model—we want to talk.
